Mid Table
The Mid Table is a flat-pack end table designed to fit in the space between two chairs. The trapezoid table surface allows for a more social arrangement of seats. The wedge shape also facilitates the viewing of a television screen.
The Mid Table is bent from a ribbon shape. The angled fold results in a rigid form and an overall tilt forward that allows for easier access to the magazines and remote controls stored at the back of the shelves.
The straight ribbon shape is optimized to reduce waste. Six tables are produced from one 4' x 8' (1200mm x 2400mm) sheet of steel.
